Class Updates

Thank you for your generous support you have shown for our United Way fundraiser. Pyjama Day was a huge success! All of the money raised supports students and families in our OCSB schools.

Progress Reports went home on Thursday. If you wish to book an appointment to see me, please use the You Can Book Me site ( If you feel an interview is not necessary at this time, you can write me a note in the agenda indicating a phone call if needed. I am very pleased with the progress of my group so far- they are an engaged group of learners.

Math - we are finishing up our Patterning unit this week. There will be a Patterning quiz on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday students will be reviewing patterning concepts that will be on the quiz. Our next Math unit will be Geometry. Students should continue to practice their multiplication tables.

Language - Students will be presenting their partner biographies next week. The rubric can be found in their Language Hapara folder. Students next writing focus will be producing Fractured Fairy Tales.

Students will be participating in our first Faith Assembly on Monday at 1:15. We are presenting the virtue of Peace. We have been preparing all week!

Please continue to follow my Twitter page for weekly pictures about what is going on in the classroom.
